Struktur Genom Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2)

چکیده

Abstract: The genome sequencing as well the protein structure and function of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is known helps in structurally characterizing viral proteins, determining evolutionary trajectories, identifying interactions with host proteins providing biological insights. Knowledge SARS-CoV-2 useful a means understanding disease 19 (COVID-19). This study aims to determine SARS-CoV-2. literature review, which was conducted on 23 literatures. showed that literatures obtained, many journals suggesting genome, there are ORF (open reading frame) / NSP (non-structural protein) structural protein, namely: S (spike, glycoprotein), E (Envelope), M (Membrane) N (nucleocapsid) while remaining 5 do not discuss this structure. result consisted namely; glycoprotein (S), envelope (E), membrane (M), nucleocapsid (N) non-structural (NSP) encoded by ORF1a ORF1b via two polyproteins pp1a pp1b.Keywords: Genome, Abstrak: Urutan genom serta struktur dan fungsi dari telah diketahui membantu dalam mengkarakterisasi virus secara struktural, menentukan lintasan evolusi, mengidentifikasi interaksi dengan inang memberikan wawasan biologi. Pengetahuan tentang ini bermanfaat sebagai pengetahuan memahami penyakit Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui merupakan penelitian yang bersifat dilakukan terhadap literatur memenuhi kriteria inklusi eksklusi ini. menunjukkan bahwa didapat, sebanyak pada 18 jurnal mengemukakan terdapat frame)/NSP (Non-Struktural Protein) struktural yaitu : (lonjakan, glikoprotein), (Membran) (Nukleocapsid) sedangkan sisanya tidak membahas tersebut. Hasil menunjukan terdiri atas yaitu; glikoprotein amplop membran nuckleokapsid non-struktural di kodekan oleh melalui dua poliprotein pp1b.Kata Kunci:
